As a Charity Events Assistant , you will support nonprofit partners and event teams in delivering impactful community experiences:
Assist with planning and executing charity events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
Handle event logistics , including setup, registration, signage, and on-site coordination
Engage with donors, supporters, and the public to promote nonprofit missions
Manage promotional materials, event supplies, and communications
Collect and organize donor information and support post-event reporting
Collaborate with internal teams and nonprofit representatives to ensure smooth event execution
