One of our clients is seeking Certified Peer Specialist in the Philadelphia area!
MUST BE ACTIVELY CERTIFIED IN THE STATE OF PA - RENEWAL OPTIONS AVAILABLE

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
Monday - Friday: 9AM - 5PM
No Weekends!

Up to $3800/month!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

Collaborate with participants to create selfdirected goals to assist them in their path to recovery.
Support participants with educational, and social related goals, benefit/medical resources, mental health and substance use services, budgeting skills and exploring housing options.
Attend social events with participants.
In collaboration with participants, create WRAP Plans and encourage the development of mental health advanced directives.
Facilitate peer support groups on participants' interests as needed.

-Document participant progress in the electronic health records system.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Peer Specialist Certification in good standing in the State of Pennsylvania.
1 2 years' experience as a Certified Peer Specialist.
Knowledge of the mental health/ substance abuse/ behavioral health.
