Call Center Manager

Description:

Call Center Manager . Responsibilities include creating a motivating environment, performing analysis and action plans for smooth operations, identifying and communicating critical situations to senior management, maintaining security knowledge and best practices, assuming responsibility for certifications and inspections, ensuring incident response procedures, and conducting regular team meetings to address customer complaints and maintain satisfaction. Other duties as assigned.
The position has high visibility and is directly accountable for the effective and efficient management of the Central Station.
Legacy Security Services is hiring a Call Center Manager responsible for supervising activities such as security system monitoring and response, risk assessments, communications, reporting, emergency response, and dispatching. The center operates 24/7.

Requirements:

Proficiency with Google Products and ability to learn new technology quickly. Exceptional leadership, team development, and retention skills. Strong critical thinking and communication abilities. Attention to detail, focus, and follow-through. Must be able to travel and work a flexible schedule including some weekends. Management experience of 1 year (preferred). Strong computer skills (hardware, software, network operations) with the ability to communicate effectively with IT and Security Systems professionals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. High school diploma with four (4) years of business management experience. Experience supervising personnel and resources for a Central Station operation.
