Description:

Call Center Manager . The position involves creating a motivating, team-oriented environment to drive employee satisfaction and productivity, ensuring the smooth operation of the Central Station, identifying and communicating critical situations, maintaining knowledge of security threats and operational best practices, managing certifications and inspections, ensuring timely and effective incident response, and conducting regular team meetings for procedure compliance and client satisfaction.
Legacy Security Services is hiring a Call Center Manager responsible for supervising activities including security system monitoring and response, risk assessments, communications, reporting, emergency response, and dispatching in a 24-hour Central Station operation.

Requirements:

Experience with Google Products and ability to learn new technologies quickly. Exceptional leadership , critical thinking , oral and written communication skills . Attention to detail, ability to travel, and flexible schedule including some weekends. High School diploma with at least 1 year of business management experience. Experience supervising personnel and resources in a Central Station Operation or Call Center. Strong computer skills, including hardware, software, network operations, and effective communication with IT and Security Systems professionals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office .
