Join Our Team as a Call Center Agent at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the frontline representative of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customer inquiries.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
Document call details and customer information in the database.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals and metrics.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with call center software and tools is a plus.
