Responsibilities: * Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. * Make outbound calls to follow up with clients and provide product or service information. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary. * Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement. * Meet daily and weekly call quotas and quality standards.
