Job Description

Do you want to join a purpose-driven company advancing operational excellence in pharmaceuticals?

Invenia Group has partnered with a dynamic pharmaceutical organization dedicated to supporting both international and domestic companies looking to establish or grow their footprint in the US pharmaceutical market. As part of a larger pharmaceutical group, the company offers end-to-end support across technical services, sales, distribution, and administration—empowering its partners to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.

We are now seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their team and contribute to the core operational functions that keep the business running efficiently and compliantly.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute and track integrated, cross-functional plans for both short- and long-term initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure timely project milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate regular reporting on company initiatives and operational progress.
  • Support end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory management, and fulfillment.
  • Assist warehouse operations with inventory control, order processing, and facility oversight.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and sales transactions.
  • Support compliance efforts, including serialization, licensing, state price reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide cross-functional operational support across departments.
  • Create, analyze, and present business reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead or assist with ad-hoc initiatives aimed at solving business challenges.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Problem-solving expertise and sound judgment when managing competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Initiative and a continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to lead change.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years’ experience in business operations; life sciences or pharmaceutical industry background is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Experience with WMS and/or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Fishbowl) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with EDI transactions is a plus.

Sound interesting? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organization with a meaningful mission and a collaborative, hands-on environment. If you’re a detail-oriented operator who thrives on problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now to learn more.
