Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 8-12 patients , partnering with your Clinic Director and our ABA leadership to achieve great outcomes for our young learners.

  • Conduct thorough assessments and design individualized treatment plans , including both skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.

  • Coach and guide behavior technicians in the effective implementation of each patient's individual treatment plan.

  • Empower parents and caregivers by coaching them on ABA-based principles and interventions to drive meaningful behavior change outside of sessions.

  • Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary care team for patients receiving speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and/or physical therapy from our Rehab for Kids providers.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification or currently sitting for the BCBA exam within one month.

  • Previous experience creating individualized treatment plans, encompassing both skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.

  • Prior experience supervising technicians in the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
