Position SummaryThe Bilingual Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our Spanish-speaking customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order. The starting wage is $18.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7:00am.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to + Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order + Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service + Input order information into the appropriate client order screen + Document all conversations with client into client information database + Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file + Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients + Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed Required Skills and Experience + Fluent in Spanish and English (Spoken & Written) + High school degree or GED + 1 year of previous customer service experience + Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (word/excel/outlook) + Clear oral communication skills + Previous experience with data entry + Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values Preferred Skills and Experience + 1 year of previous call center experience Physical Requirements + Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers + Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods + Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus **Company Overview** Mom's Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide for over 25 years.
