Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - ABC Unified School District
ABC Unified School District is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a full-time, ongoing position supporting students across the district.
Position Details
+ Schedule: Monday through Friday
+ Hours: 40 hours per week
+ Compensation: Pay is negotiable based on experience and qualifications
+ Location: ABC Unified School District
Responsibilities
+ Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
+ Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
+ Provide training and consultation to school staff and families
+ Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
+ Collaborate with IEP teams and other support personnel
Qualifications
+ Current BCBA certification
+ Experience in school-based settings preferred
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Commitment to supporting inclusive education
