Job Summary: Global Pre-Owned is seeking a skilled Auto Mechanic to join our team in Fayetteville, Georgia. This is a full-time position in the auto industry. As an Auto Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining pre-owned vehicles to ensure they are in top condition for our customers. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on all makes and models of pre-owned vehicles
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot complex vehicle problems
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently to meet company standards
• Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow and safety
• Continuously expand knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree or certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic in a dealership or independent shop setting
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and repairing a variety of vehicle systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
