• Support our Lead Toddler Teachers to prepare our toddlers for preschool and beyond.
• Inspire toddlers through our creative arts and music programs.
• Celebrate milestones such as potty training, communicating, and expressing emotions.
• Implement a curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
• Uphold the rules and regulations of Lightbridge Academy and governmental regulatory agencies about children's care, health, and safety.
• Support an engaging work environment by learning, collaborating, and building co-worker relationships.

Skills, Abilities, and Experience we are looking for:

• 1 year of prior experience in childcare is preferred
• Organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Oral and written communication skills
