Job Description:
The Department of Psychology welcomes applications for a tenure track faculty position (open rank), in the field of Community Psychology, to begin in Fall 2023.
The Department currently offers an advanced undergraduate track and a Master of Arts in Community Psychology with a strong focus on community-based and experiential learning. The candidate would teach theoretical and skills-building courses, potentially including undergraduate and graduate community psychology theory; graduate level program evaluation or prevention and intervention; undergraduate special topics courses in their specialization; and other introductory or methodology courses. The candidate would be expected to be involved in Master's theses supervision and consultation, and to develop and maintain community partnerships. The candidate should also conduct research, pursue grant funding, and play an active role in the department, the school, and university service activities.
