**Hiring for assemblers!!!!!** **Job Description** As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling fiber cables by measuring, cutting, and placing them into clips. You will follow blueprints or work instructions to accurately feed colored wires through connectors, ensuring perfect order and precision. After feeding the wires, you will apply epoxy and complete a coating process. The assembly will then be cured, polished, and tested for proper connection functionality. This role involves the use of small hand tools, microscopes, or projection scopes as necessary. 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM M-Th 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 1:15 AM M-Th Pay: $20 - 22/hour **Responsibilities** + Measure, cut, and place fiber cables into clips. + Follow blueprints or work instructions to assemble wires accurately. + Feed each colored wire through connectors with precision. + Apply epoxy and complete the coating process on assemblies. + Cure, polish, and test assemblies for proper functionality. + Utilize small hand tools, microscopes, or projection scopes as needed. **Essential Skills** + 0-1+ year of manufacturing experience with small parts or medical device assembly. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to see color for accurate wire placement. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with guidewires, hand tools, and microscope assembly. + Familiarity with clean room assembly, wiring, and electronics. **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing team with opportunities for quick advancement into supervisory, quality, and leadership roles. The clean room environment allows for business casual dress, with no restrictions on clothing, jewelry, or perfumes. A smock is provided, and optional gloves or safety glasses are available. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stillwater, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
