Job Description

A global agency, is looking for an Art Director / Designer that blends exceptional design acumen with the ability to tell compelling stories through visually engaging PowerPoint presentations. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, campaign concepts, branding assets, and presentation decks that inform, inspire, and drive action.

• Duration: ongoing
• Start ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute design projects from concept through completion across digital, print, and presentation formats

• Create visually stunning and strategically sound PowerPoint presentations that align with brand guidelines and client goals

• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to develop cohesive visual narratives

• Work on a range of deliverables including key visuals, pitch decks, social assets, email templates, and branding projects

• Ensure consistency in design across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries

• Participate in client meetings and creative reviews as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Designer, ideally within an agency or in-house creative team

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and versatile design skills across platforms

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, and ideally Figma or Sketch

• Expertise in PowerPoint design — animations, templates, layouts, and storytelling structure

• A deep understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, modern, and impactful design

Nice to Have:

• Experience working within an in-house or client-embedded team model

• Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects or similar)

• Experience designing for B2B or corporate clients
