Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $37.72 - $49.03 / hour
Application Analyst Application Security Description : This position is a key resource for the Information Systems Department and is responsible for addressing the strategic, tactical, and technical needs of Lee Healths Security provisioning. This position is also a crucial part of new projects and applies project management discipline to the entire project lifecycle. Identifies critical success factors, establishes goals and objectives, manages and meets the expectations of stakeholders, and manages the scope, timeline, and quality factors associated with the project
Responsibilities Of Application Analyst Security Position Include: - Create and maintain access and assign proper security within the realm of IS best practice policy and role-based access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any Application access issues
- Exhibit the ability to accurately analyze and troubleshoot user access problems and resolve them promptly
- Effectively communicate status and updates with peers and end users
- Successfully manage small security projects
- Create and maintain knowledge and process documents
- Serve as part of on-call support rotation
- Other duties deemed necessary to the Security Teams success
Additional Skills Requirements: - Knowledge of password policy, HIPAA privacy, and timeout devices
- Knowledge of provisioning, job changes, name changes, and de-provisioning of users in various applications
- Knowledge of complex hardware and software troubleshooting between customers and various systems
Includes OS, Mail, wireless, clinical and business applications
- Project coordination/management skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track common trends
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow industry standards and provide recommendations to stay up-to-date
- Ability to work independently and escalate concerns without hesitation
- Ability to work with a team and be flexible and open to change
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize deadlines

- Passion for learning new applications and systems in a collaborative environment
Additional Experience Preferences: - Strong knowledge of Sailpoint IdentityNow
- Knowledge of MS Azure Active Directory Hybrid environment
- General understanding of Epic Security
Requirements Education:Bachelors degree required. May accept 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
