Schedule: 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd shifts available!

Salary: $30-$33/hr

Location: Elkhart, IN

Responsibilities:

Perform chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
Support production teams by identifying and resolving process-related quality issues.
Develop, validate, and implement analytical testing methods for new or existing products.
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.
Prepare accurate technical documentation, including test results, protocols, and reports.
Ensure all testing activities comply with internal quality standards and industry regulations.
Maintain chemical inventories and uphold laboratory safety protocols.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support lab operations as needed.

Qualifications:

B.S. degree in Chemistry or a related field
1-3 years of hands-on experience in analytical chemistry
Relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Proficient in Liquid Chromatography (LC) and Gas Chromatography (GC)
Familiarity with color, odor, and pH testing of raw materials and finished products
Experience with analytical method development and validation
