We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a remote Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential. Bilingual abilities are a bonus!

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document organization, and filing
Provide remote support to team members by preparing reports and other documents
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Offer general support to management as needed

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
