Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator– Your Job Duties

You’ll help build processes, bridge communication, and become the glue that holds the office and team operations together.

You will:

  • Schedule meetings, manage emails, calendars and appointments for team and CEO
  • Support contracts and documentation, follow up on contracts, data entry
  • Log tasks into Asana project management software
  • Follow up with team members on status of tasks to ensure they are completed and on time
  • Input data regarding customer contracts, distribution information into MS Excel
  • Receive the mail, distribute and act on it accordingly
  • Support light accounting administrative items including data input and expense categorization

  Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator - Required Skills, Experience & Culture Fit

You have:

  • Hustle. You’re excited to grow with a start-up.

  • Flexibility. Working in a small office where you matter and are exposed to every area of the business.
  • MS Excel basics. Data entry, multi-tab spreadsheet, formulas
  • Foundational marketing experience, marketing or communication degree (you might have)

Your compensation will be $25 - $30 per hour plus overtime potential.

You will be provided paid time off and paid holidays.
