What You'll Be Doing:

Invoice Management: Review, code, and process invoices for payment with precision and efficiency.
Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, resolving payment discrepancies promptly.
Financial Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of all accounts payable transactions, ensuring data integrity.
Month-End Support: Assist with month-end closing processes and reconcile accounts payable.
Reporting: Generate insightful reports on accounts payable activity and outstanding liabilities.
Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to internal controls and financial policies.
QBO Proficiency: Utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO) to manage all aspects of accounts payable.

What You'll Bring:

Real Estate/Mortgage Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper, preferably in a real estate or mortgage lending company.
