Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Cranbury, NJ.

As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the distribution operations during the night shift, ensuring efficient and quality-driven processes in our pharmaceutical warehouse environment.

• Lead and manage a team of permanent and contract employees during the 3rd shift, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
• Oversee critical areas including inbound import receiving, order fulfillment/shipping, operations, change over process (COP), and inventory control
• Drive performance through effective communication, problem-solving, and team motivation to meet daily business needs
• Educate and develop employees in key business areas, including safety, supply, quality, cost, and people management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with other shift supervisors and departments to maintain consistent operations across all shifts
• Implement and maintain quality control and safety standards throughout the warehouse
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and other departments as needed
